Workflow Pack

The Workflow Pack for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central enhances the approval processes by introducing a set of customized workflow templates designed to address specific business scenarios. This extension builds upon the standard Business Central workflow functionality, providing businesses with more options to tailor workflows to their operational needs.

The extension includes the following templates:

• G/L Budget Approval Workflow
• General Journal Batch Approval Workflow (enhancement)
• Allows the user to use the total journal batch amount as a filter in the workflow conditions
• Item Journal Approval Workflow
• Over and above the approvals, also allows attaching documents to the Journal Lines. This could be documentation to justify the reason for the stock adjustment.

• Physical Inventory Order Approval Workflow
• Sales Document Price Margin Approval Workflow
• Configure Margins per Location/Inventory Posting Group/Item, to trigger the workflow approval if the actual margin is below the configured threshold.
